1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 04-day return policy from the date your order is successfully delivered.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must not have any stains, perfume, deodorant marks, alterations, or signs of wear.

  • A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Product Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it.

Approval depends on the item's condition and compliance with this policy.

If the returned product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, missing accessories, or not in its original condition, the return request may be declined.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

  • A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, legal, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift Cards

  • Final Sale / Clearance Items

  • Customized or Personalized Products

  • Used, Washed, or Altered Clothing

  • Products without Tags

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

6. Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability).

If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

We will bear the applicable return shipping cost where appropriate.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

8. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days, although banks and payment providers may require additional time.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period:

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
